Offering guidance to those wishing to understand their life purpose, to develop their spiritual practices and to better understand their feelings and emotions.


Family constellations

A therapeutic practice which facilitates inter-generational healing. It offers an alternative perspective as to why an individual may be suffering, showing them that their feelings may have their origins within a past family trauma.

I am now using my experiences and insights to support and guide others to heal from past wounds, to accept themselves as they are and to unlock their unique potential.
