A therapeutic practice which facilitates inter-generational healing. It offers an alternative perspective as to why an individual may be suffering, showing them that their feelings may have their origins within a past family trauma.
Tim was so professional and kind. He had a very encouraging and non-judgemental way of listening and discussing with me. He is very warm and easy to talk to. He made me feel genuinely heard and respected.
Tim has a laidback and personable approach which made me feel really at ease and comfortable with sharing my thoughts, but was also totally professional throughout our sessions which made me feel like I could trust him and he knew how to help. It was less prescriptive than previous therapy I’ve engaged with and made me feel empowered to use my own tools and reach a place where I felt encouraged and more confident in my own skills to manage my mental health and wellbeing.
