Hello and Welcome
I’m glad you’ve found your way to my website and are interested in learning more about me and my work.
My journey as a therapeutic practitioner began almost fifteen years ago while I was travelling and searching for a deeper sense of purpose. During this time I discovered that helping and empowering others brought me a deep sense of fulfilment, an insight that eventually led me towards the work I do today.
I now work as an Integrative Counsellor, Brainspotting Practitioner, and Inherited Family Trauma Practitioner, as well as being a registered member of the BACP. Over the years, I have completed various trauma-focused courses and have over a decade of experience practicing meditation and mindfulness.
I have a deep curiosity about the human experience and love exploring different perspectives on life, personal growth, and how we can unlock our full potential. In addition, I have a passion for travel, connecting with different cultures, and embracing new ways of life.
I feel incredibly grateful to be doing such meaningful work, and I am excited about helping people overcome the blocks that enable them to have a more peaceful, fulfilled life.
